7158 of these were produced. Very few are left. I think there is 4 in Denmark. This is the top of the line Buick for 1961. Look at all the details of the design. 1 year only body style.
Very original rust free black plate California car showing 34,000 miles (might be correct? ). 401 (6.6 L) Buick nailhead V8, new build with 325 horsepower. Completely rebuilt dynaflow automatic transmission. New factory style exhaust system. New resleeved front aluminum drums and fresh brakes all the way around. 5 wide white radial tires with 100 miles on them. New shock absorbers. New Hartz cloth canvas convertible top with new pump and cylinders. Lovely heavy leather interior with rare power bucket seat. New windshield with new rubber gasket. (Very difficult to install without cracking the curved windshield). New weather stripping comes with the car. All trims are very nice, nice chrome. The front bumper is showing some chrome stains popping that needs to be reworked. The car was painted 18 years ago, but looks nice with some small dents and scratches. Even have a RCA 45rpm turntable.
Have electric windows all work great. Window frames are a little rust. A complete set with 4 correct window frames with good chrome included with the car. These are extremely hard to find in good condition because they are only for 1961 GM full sized convertibles. A new right side mirror is included. 4 extra wheel covers for the car are included. Lots of spare parts that come with the car. I think everything is there to complete the car. Look at the pictures to see what is there.
Doors and screens need adjusting, they didn’t adjust them properly after the paint job. The car needs many minor fixes. Nothing major just a little time and a loving hand.
Great investment and a pleasure to drive such a beautiful car. I don’t have time to finish the Electra. IF IM DONE WITH THE CAR IM KEEPING IT so don’t ask for a price when its done
